Privacy Policy

Arrow Escape: Loop

This Privacy Policy explains how Orhan Topcu, a sole proprietor (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use Arrow Escape: Loop (the “Game”) on iOS or Android. The Game may be displayed in app stores under the developer account name “Nyquist Tech.”

1. Short version

2. Information handled by the Game

Category How it is used Where it is kept
Game progress and preferences Levels, score, achievements, streaks, sound, vibration, and gameplay settings are used to save your experience. Locally on your device.
Custom maps Map names, map layouts, and creation entitlement status are used to provide the Labs custom-map feature. Locally on your device.
Photos you select A selected photo may be cropped, resized, and copied into the Game’s private storage to create a custom photo map. Locally on your device. The original remains under your device photo library’s control.
Audio files you select Selected audio may be copied into the Game’s private storage and played as custom music. Locally on your device. The original remains under your media library’s control.
Advertising and consent data Ad requests, ad interactions, consent choices, device or app identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, and diagnostics may be processed to deliver, measure, secure, and—where allowed—personalize ads. Processed by Google, AppLovin, Meta, Unity, and their service providers when they participate in an ad request.
Purchase information Product identifiers, transaction status, purchase history, and store receipts are used to complete and restore purchases. Processed by Apple, Google, and the in-app purchasing technology used by the Game. We do not receive your complete card details.
Technical information Device model, operating system, app version, language, crash or error information, and similar diagnostics may be processed to operate, secure, and improve the Game. On your device and, where enabled, by the platform or service provider responsible for the feature.

3. Photos, audio, and device permissions

The Game asks for photo or media access only when you choose to use a related feature. Where supported, it uses the operating system’s media picker so you can choose a specific item. The Game does not need your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location for its current features.

Media you import is not posted publicly and is not sent to our own servers. You can remove imported media from within the Game. Removing the Game from your device also removes media stored in the Game’s private storage, subject to operating-system backup behavior.

4. Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob mediation to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Depending on availability and your privacy choices, an ad may be provided by Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, or Unity Ads. These providers and their service providers may process information such as IP address, app interactions, device or app identifiers, advertising identifiers when available, approximate location derived from IP address, consent signals, and diagnostics. This processing can support ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted, personalized advertising.

You can learn more from How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the providers' privacy policies:

5. Your advertising privacy choices

In regions where consent or an opt-out is required, the Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and record your choices. When required, you can review or change those choices through Settings → Privacy Choices. You may also control advertising permissions through your iOS or Android device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. In-app purchases

Purchases are offered and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store handles payment information and may provide the Game with a product identifier, transaction identifier, receipt, purchase state, and purchase history so the Game can unlock or restore a non-consumable feature. Store processing is governed by the store’s own privacy terms:

7. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on where you live, we process information to:

Legal bases may include performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, compliance with law, and your consent where consent is required.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not exchange your personal information for money. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary for their features, including:

Advertising-related processing may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a “sale” under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, the Game provides consent or opt-out controls through its privacy message and device settings.

9. Retention and deletion

Locally stored progress and preferences remain until you reset them, clear the Game’s data, or uninstall the Game. Imported photos, audio, and custom maps remain until you remove them, reset the relevant data, clear app data, or uninstall the Game. Operating-system backups may preserve some data according to your backup settings.

Apple, Google, and advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. You may contact us at the address below for help with a privacy request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and complete the request.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Game. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Arrow Escape: Loop is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in their country where a higher age applies. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

If the Game is later offered as a child-directed app or included in an app-store children’s category, we will update the Game’s advertising configuration, disclosures, and this policy before doing so.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), or applicable U.S. state laws, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing, and to withdraw consent.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. For locally stored data, the fastest controls are usually the Game’s remove/reset features, clearing app data, or uninstalling the Game.

13. International processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than yours. When required, they are responsible for using lawful transfer safeguards under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice or request new consent.
